Was wondering of anyone else has encountered this issue since 10/1/17... Had a diagnosis code kick out today for a bad/non specific DX. I wasn't aware this code had been updated. After my research, I attempted to update my claim with the correct ICD-10 code...and ACPM did not have it listed in the main DX code set. I had to manually add it in ACPM and deactivate the old less specific DX code. It would seem that maybe AC/ACPM have not updated their DX code set to reflect the 10/1/17 changes??
