I've been using Office Ally to do my billing since my horrible experience with outsourcing my billing. I have to say, I have gotten very quick returns (my first one 9 days after filing the claim - my billing company had not even submitted my claim in 3 months!). Since we don't have the AC PM module yet, I will certainly be looking at what Office Ally rolls out.
