Why don't you get a fax server/fax board? Faxes will come in as PDF's straight to a shared folder. It uses a simple phone line. Bert can give you a better idea. But it basically ends up in a folder which you can import into a patient's chart or put somewhere else. We use these fax servers in small and large practices. Also for larger practices, we have a multi-line fax server that will auto-straighten/rotate pages and OCR (lets you copy and paste) incoming faxes too.
