You can go to Admin section and export families or patients. Or use search, choose demographics, then inactive, then false and you will get all of your patients. You can then export to Excel in both .xls and .csv and .txt. The latter two can be exported to Outlook. You don't need the address book, but it helps. Outlook is a very powerful tool, and you can set up an email to go today or in ten years. You can make templates, etc. Sure, it isn't directly in AC, but it takes the same amount of time.
