As I remember Wayne, you have an Updox portal, so I'm sure you know that would be the path to be able to do this in a happy hipaa way.
As to the mechanism to set and forget an alarm to do this 6 months in advance, I think that's a bridge too far unless we could pool our ideas and money and have one or some of the tech guys make a sidekick database program for AC? Rube Goldbergesque, but possible.
