I think this is confusing due to nomenclature. We are using the term "deleted" items in different ways. You can delete messages from all of the mailboxes of a user or there are deleted items. With every user, you can delete all of the "deleted" items with one click. Also, if you check the box Craig was referring to and close your program, it will delete your "deleted" items. But, you are first going to have to go into each user and delete the items from their inbox, outbox, etc. and then delete them from "deleted" items.
