According to my AC utility, it states I have 36,000 email messages in the system. I have got my existing staff to delete all unnecessary messages but still have over 30,000 messages. I wonder if these are in staff that are no longer active. I was wondering if there was an easy way to delete all messages from these people or do I have to reactivate then log in and manual delete all the messages.
