We are having a problem with the AC Meaningful Use Wizard not correctly counting the CQM entries. Our group successfully performed the intial 90-day Meaningful Use in 2011. Now when I run a report the numerator and denominator columns are blank and the status is "failed". Last year the CQMs were counted correctly. We assign a CPT code to each office visit encounter before we sign off. We correctly document the CQM in the Decision Support. We are using Version 6.3.3. Does anyone know why that NONE of the CQM required or CQM alternate are being counted?
