You probably don't remember me, Bert, but you were kind enough to help me about 2 years ago with the same problem. At the time, you were very insistent that I upgrade my main computer from Vista to Win 7 which I did, but it didn't solve the problem. After much tinkering the problem was solved but it's been so long I don't remember the details. But because it seems that for me, upgrading is a nightmare, I have delayed doing so as much as possible. So, I took the advice this time to upgrade from the Home to the Pro version, but not surprisingly, it didn't work. I'm doing this on my home computer because there's no way I would even dare to try this at the office without knowing that the problem can be solved. So I'm planning to make an appointment with Guardian Angel, explaining the situation, but I wish there was an easier way to upgrade without going through all of this, since I don't know what exactly is wrong. If it's not the operating system, then what is? I never seem to have this kind or problem with other programs.
