I upgraded to Pro but this didn't work.
After much tinkering, I figured out the problem was with folder permissions. Then the installation went well without a problem, but now I'm having a new problem: I get the Eyeglass Tech Guy telling me about connecting to the SQL Service, I try to do the 4 steps, Firewall is OK, SQL port is OK, but on the 3rd step it tells me that it can't close the SQL service.
What do I do now?

PS: this is my home computer, where I try out all these things before I even try to do it on the office computers, I'd rather do this on a weekend with time to figure it out than panicking during a day when I have patients to see and running into these problems.
