Good morning,
I'm trying to upgrade from V4 to V6.3.3 and I'm having difficulty because I get an "unexpected error" and the SQL installation fails. The installer keeps working, but then when I click on AC to get it open, I get the set up screen to find the database, but it can't find it. I click OK, I see a folder with the database in it, I click, but it tells me that I need to have the SQL server installed and to download the AC installer so I can install the SQL (which is what I had just done). I've made sure to run the installation as an administrator, turn off the antivirus, and turn off the UAC, to no avail. What should I do next? I'm on a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit computer.
