Yea, I mean someone wrote a one line review for my dad. 1 Star. At the end of the day, people will give more value to word of mouth than an online review. Lots of people like to become keyboard warriors when they are protected by the anonymity of the Internet. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just keep up the good work and the patients will keep coming. If they knew you like we did, all the reviews would be off the chart
