"If you go back to the med box afterwards, before your note is signed, and update the med list again, the new medication that you wrote after the visit will appear in this box and your note will be confused...it will appear that the pt was on the medication at the visit, but wasn't."
I hated this, because it didn't seem that I could highlight and delete the new med from the med list in the note. But then I found that I could "cut" it out by hightlighting the new med and pressing CTRL X, as if I was then going to paste it in somewhere else, which I don't. It leaves a space in the med list, but that's better than having the med there. So, if I make a mistake and do things out of order, at least I can fix it.
