@nisar Unless the chart is finished, the med list should contain the old meds, not the ones you wrote on the current visit but did not finalize by closing the chart. V6.2.2 does have issues with old "legitimate" meds being recognized when you renew them. They often show italicized like custom meds.
I realize that Neil seems to have this problem, but they should not show up unless you update the prior med list by going into that section. If you only deal with the active prescription writer page this should not put them in past history.
