Ok,
Think I solved my issues.
Apparently if I add meds in the room with the patient (Rx:), can't go back to the medication list to edit anything if they changed something prior to the visit as my med list is now changed for good....
So, need to update all meds in the room with the patient, then write new meds, and can then go back later for the rest of the note.
Cannot edit meds at any time after you have written new meds as the med list is now updated with the new meds.
The med list should really only change after the visit is signed off.
No big deal, just knowledge about this and will change my behavior that was ok with previous versions.
