Prescription writer seems to have several problems or I am missing some thing.
1.When a one time prescription is given, for example antibiotics this will show in current medication list as if patient is taking this mediation for long term. Then when you go to delete this from the list you have to write a comment for doing so.
2.When a medication is entered in prescription section and if it is deleted for any reason before printing or transmitting and a different dispense quantity or strength is picked then both the prescriptions the deleted and prescribed will show in the plan section.
3.In quick rx writer there is no drop down menu to pick for topical applications or inhalers.
3. When continuity of care is printed out for the patient it shows all the medications active and inactive, this causes a lot of confusion for the patient.
Is there a way to fix these problems.
