I still get my refill requests in Allscripts. It avoids the hassles other users describe with matching requests and such in AC. I usually just deny, and then write what is needed in AC so it is included in the AC record.
Also, when Newcrop lets us down, I can continue working and do the rx in Allscripts.
And yes, to your point, the ability to send to more than one pharmacy simultaneously or send/print simultaneously is great in Allscripts. This morning, I had 6 rx written for a patient in AC. She requested some to go to mail order and some local, and I had to say sorry, can only send to one at a time. To which she said "You did it before", and I had to reply, "The previous software was better for prescriptions."
