I think you mean Newcrop.
It is hard to understand who does what, but here is my understanding:
EMR AC designs screens etc in prescriber interface
Newcrop is the actual prescribing software with interaction checking, etc
Surescripts is the connector between ALL prescribing software in the US and pharmacies.
So, from prior discussions, our issues generally are attributable to AC and Newcrop. Corrections are welcome if this is not right.
