Just for kicks, here are two screen shots from the NewCrop screens in AC. This sheds a little light on what is behind the interface that AC constructs on top of these screens. You can get to these screens on any patient, with a little effort.

The first form shows prescriptions from ALL prescribers (not just our office) with pharmacies for each. The layout is pretty similar to what Donna showed. No smiley faces, though. And you can add a second pharmacy, but AC will not remember it.
