There are a lot of facets to UpDox, and not everyone uses them all. We have found this an excellent addition to AC in terms of document management, fax management, and the patient portal. It is quite easy to use and very well supported, but as with any highly capable program it will take a while to master all the things it can do if you want to use it to its fullest.
There are a few YouTube videos, but they relate to an older version. I wish they would expand and update these, as I know I am missing a lot even after using it for 2 years.
