I have noticed that on several occasions, when I go to my AC on call app and try to sync my patient records, it says (on my iphone) "Determining changed patient count", hangs there for a while, then stops. Nothing is actually sync'd,even though there is no error message or other indications of a malfunction. I have tried a hard reset on my iphone, and then I have gone into my administrator options in AC and activated/tested the Iphone interface to be sure it is running and functional; everything seems to be ok, yet I end up having to delete the AC on call app from my iphone, reinstall, and then re-syncing ALL of my records again, which takes quite a while. Has anyone experienced this? And if so, is there a solution that I'm missing?? Thanks
