I have noticed that on several occasions, when I go to my AC on call app and try to sync my patient records, it says (on my iphone) "Determining changed patient count", hangs there for a while, then stops. Nothing is actually sync'd,even though there is no error message or other indications of a malfunction. I have tried a hard reset on my iphone, and then I have gone into my administrator options in AC and activated/tested the Iphone interface to be sure it is running and functional; everything seems to be ok, yet I end up having to delete the AC on call app from my iphone, reinstall, and then re-syncing ALL of my records again, which takes quite a while. Has anyone experienced this? And if so, is there a solution that I'm missing?? Thanks

See "On Call App Problems" thread...looks like lots of us are having problems with this. Someone has a ticket open hopefully on a fix...and hopefully that will be posted.

I started broadcasting this morning for the sync feature, and I don't know if this is the cause, but the network has slowed down today in a big way! Anyone notice a difference? PM me if so.

Thought it might be time to check back in on this issue of the faulty AC Oncall app (that is, the lack of syncing ability). Has anyone heard of when there will be a fix for this?

Last time I checked about a month ago, still not fixed, no estimate of when it might be corrected.

Another remote app to use from iOS devices and Mac OS is JumpDesktop: Much faster than LMI Ignition and also less expensive with better graphics. Costs 14.99 on iOS and 29.99 on Mac OS. Works best from iPad with a big screen but you can also use it from iPhone.
