I played with the app at a conference - it is not amazing charts - it is only an app for when you are on call so you can bring up limited information on your patient - meds, etc and make yourself a note to then sync with your server when you get back. If you want to be able to actually have AC on your ipad then I suggest you get something like Logmein Ignition ($35.00) and you can actually do anything you would do in the office.
