I am a new user of AC going through the trials of a newbie. I have inadvertently added some diagnoses to the problem lists when trying to enter the diagnoses when creating a new chart and do not know how to delete them. Some very embarassing diagnoses have inadvertently been entered with a click of a button. I sure do not want these left on a patient's chart! Any help would be appreciated.
