Is there a way to delete an encounter once it is signed off on? I got in one Sunday and updated a medicine and all the fields were filled out from a previous note (3 days earlier) and i signed it - but would like to remove it. Maybe it doesn't matter much since there is no billing involved but I suppose it will get counted in the meaningful use criteria.
