The prescription thing is easy. Rather than do it over or even click on the script to do it over, RIGHT CLICK on the medication in the script writer you wish to do over. Then select either:
Re-Transmit... or Re-Print...
depending on which you did the first time. You can't go wrong because if you printed the first one, Re-Transmit... will be greyed out.
This will keep it out of your medication history, and it will not show up in the note.
