I just discovered that windows has a built in voice recognition system. In fact I'm using it now to post this message. It's not perfect, but it beats paying over $1000 for dragon medical. And it's compatible with amazing charts unlike regular dragon, so I don't have to dictate into word or notepad and then cut and paste. I can even tell the microphone to select the level of care and to sign the note. I just thought everyone should know this because it's free and works well.
