I'm the IT admin for a 1 provider practice. Since the upgrade to v6.0.9, we've had nothing but headaches. All users report excessive slowdown and occasional crashes. Especially in the ERx side of the program.
I've already researched the issues with v6, and have tried to rectify them to no avail.
The doctor has asked me to roll back the software to v5.0.29, and upon trying, I was greeted with a lovely message from Database Tuner, telling me that it failed because "Meds.mdf" could not be read.
Now, I'm sure this is because the v6 upgrade changed the structure of the database which can no longer be read with v5.
Is there a way to roll back to v5, and if so, what is proper protocol? If not, what are my options with getting this running properly?
