Count me in for Maine Lobster (heck, I've just always want to visit Maine), as well as Gumbo (Southern Roots via Grandmother).
However, when I saw "Portland", I though maybe you guys were going to visit the Pacific Northwest. There's more than a few of us out here in WA State alone.
Perhaps some regional gatherings are in order.
That is when we get time off....
