How come Nuance will practically give me Paperport for "Free" included with my Brother Printer but starving small solos like us have to spend as much for Dragon alone as folks are now paying to purchase the entire AC EMR package??? Especially when prior to "Black Listing" most EMR's good old fashioned Dragon worked just fine for most primary cares who took the time to train the thing????
It just seems so wrong to charge so much just because it has "Medical" in the title when most of us didn't need the extra dictionary. This was just a Power Play for playing on the concept of doctors can be milked because charting is such a bitch and now we have tons of user doctors on the hook who like and use our product. And they never even bothered to contact our vendors like Jon to even let them know this storm and shutdown was pending and heading right towards all of them and their users...
This is a low blow and a very sleezy thing to do. Nuance should but clearly is NOT nearly enough Ashamed of themselves... Much like Cheaney now probably bosts on national TV that he commited actual war crimes and nobody has the nuts to call him on it, and Obama has Holder on a short leash not allowing him (Our Nation's Attorney General No Less) to go after any of the worst offenders from the Bush administration... There just seems to be no sense of Public Shame anymore, even the worst of conduct like this bait and switch and commiting and authorizing war crimes does not make these people blush no less turn in shame or try to at least hid from their own actions...
I'm gonna stand here proudly proclaiming my SOB'ness and behavior as though it is Normal, and in doing so everyday more and more unacceptable garbage like this becomes the new normal. And so I dare you to make this stick and I will turn it around on you as you abusing me, if and when you try to turn the spin back around to more normal ethical human values.... Amazing...
