Wendell, I have held office on my front porch when our electricity has been out. I have also seen patients in their cars. Once I even diagnosed acute appendicitis on a patient in the back of a horse-drawn wagon. Now I have a camping lantern I can go from room to room with. Problem is, it is a hard getting it in ears smile
