John, I was contacted by Updox and was told that upon investigation I am running 2 "connectors." I'll disable one tomorrow and track the duplicates. However, this occurred several weeks ago and a different computer was running a connector along with the server. I wonder if the staff is erroneously enabling a connector?!? Thanks, Aldo
Aldo, only one computer in your office should have a copy of the connector, but that computer needs to be on all the time. Ours is on the server.
