Actually, if you read the message carefully, you should think that Yes will remove the chart from your inbox and No would leave it.

I would only click no for the reasons Wendell stated. Another good reason would be if you have a medical student working with you. If the note is good, I sign off on it. But, there are times the note is terrible or he or she loses it (even though it should be in deleted items), and I want a pristine copy right from the MA's desk.
