Similar to the above suggestion:
Consider having the encounter fields small - only one line, but allowing them to **expand** as they are filled (so, for example, the Family history field , if unremarkable, would occuly one or two lines, and not have blank spaces in the field around it; and ?Assessment, if long, will not need to be scrolled through - the whole field would be visible).
This change, similar to the suggestion above, would necessitate allowing one to scroll up and down the entire ?Present Encounters? page, (with a scroll bar on the right) but each field in the page would have its entire contents visible, and wojld also allow the option for larger, more readable fonts
