I have always liked the idea of being able to see both the active and inactive. It is difficult to switch back and forth. So, all too often, I will tell the patient, let's try Seroquel. "We did, and it made his hair turn blue." OK, Concerta. "We did and his shoes started on fire." After a bit, I think they find you incompetent. So your idea plus the inactive with reasons right next to them.
