An alternative to storing the Seroquel and Concerta experiences in the med list would be to store them in a new "Interventions" list field placed on the chart's left side. Here you can store not only med reactions, but also pertinent lab studies - Thus preventing the similar scenario of "Let's get an MRI for that headache " with the patient replying, "Don't you remember, we did that four months ago!"
