Trust me, I never know who to call either:
VZW, Motorola, Android
I tend to use the Android boards and call Verizon. I have never called Motorola.
Unfortunately, the Android/Droid forums are a bit difficult to navigate compared to here, but helpful nonetheless. And, they know all the apps to suggest to help with issues.
