Try this. Open a command prompt as an administrator. Don't just open in the run command. Browse to it on Accessories, right-click and choose "Run as administrator"

At the command prompt, type>regsvr32 vbscript.dll

Let me know if that works for you.

You can do this at the time of the error if it will let you continue, or you can do it prior.

Please let me know:

1. What OS and version? (this is notorious on Vista, but others)
2. If you have the actual error message, that would be great.
