I agree with your point about backups. I think that I can fairly easily check which of the two data-bases is being backed up.

I also appreciate your point about the possibility of corrupting, or losing, alot of data--if I use the Amazing Sync program.

I'm interested in learning about the solution you have in mind--which I hope doesn't involve going into each file and manually changing the item name.

However, thinking of that, perhaps I could get a program that will do global changes and just up the numbers of each item to 10 and above. I don't think that we've scanned in anyone's complete file--which would contain more than ten items--to date. I know of programs that could change file names--but not the name of data objects within the files...

BTW, what is PM (besides Prime Minister)?
