BTW, I put a call into AC tech support this afternoon, but didn't get a return call. I left a message for them to call me tomorrow morning about an urgent matter: The doctor's laptop computer refused to launch AC, coming up with the message "Your Database Requires Enhancements." It claims that we've installed a new version of AC--which we haven't. Following the directions in the message leads to a blind alley.
