Correct, 25 eRx's during a patient encounter in all of 2010 (should be pretty easy to do with AC version 5).

The exact language is:
Quote
Successful Individual Electronic Prescriber - Incentive Eligible – A successful individual eRx prescriber, eligible to receive an incentive payment, must generate and report one or more eRxs associated with a patient visit, a minimum of 25 unique visits per year.

This document can be downloaded from this page . Go to the "Downloads" section at the bottom and download "2010 eRx Measure Specifications and Release Notes [ZIP 79KB]". Then unzip the downloaded file and review the "2010 eRx_Measure_Specification_111309.pdf" file in the resulting folder.

Comment: Why is it so difficult to get coherent information from CMS about these incentives? One has to search through several obtusely-named files and links, some PDFs, some zipped folders. Documents are full of disclaimers and other legalese. About as user-unfriendly as possible. Intentional perhaps?
