Ok, so now I am excited about v5 because I really want to use the eRX capability. It looks like it will be included in our maintenance service plan! Could someone tell me how this works when a patient wants a refill? The pharmacy contacts us and does the refill request somehow show up in AC? Do I need to maintain a separate medlist in surescripts or are they somehow synced? Do I need to go to their website to use the service? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
