Windows 7 is going to be a major nightmare for those of us running XP. I just saw a video by Tom Merrit on cnet about this.
To make a long story short, there is no upgrade path between Windows XP and Windows 7. Microsoft expects you to do a "clean install" which means you basically erase your hard drive and start over. You will need all the installation files or CD's and all those pesky license codes for the dozens of programs you have on your pc.
I hope that amazing charts will run in a mixed XP and Windows 7 enviroment.
I don't mind buying new computers with Windows 7 but really don't want to convert all my old ones.
