I use it with one of the Physicians in the practice since she started new and had a great hardware on her desktop, just did not want to downgrade her to XP, and I hate Vista.
Win 7 is great and AC seems to be working fine.
We have some issues with some websites ( local hospitals use Aventail VPN) that the physicians have to use to check on labs and patients logs in the hospital. These hospitals website dont support IE8.
