Yes, I have lost notes also. I think one of the big problems is that there is no "automatic save" feature. For instance, when I close Quicken, it automatically backs up the program to add any new info. I would realy, really love to see AC have one of two options pop up when I try to close a note. "Save and Forward" or "Sign Off". They are not always synonymous.
