Thank you Jonathon. When I finally asked for Carlos to address the issue we were upgraded fairly quickly and I made him aware of the initial contact with support. I intend to call Monday am for a follow up. The interesting thing on the addenda is that I wrote some as did my husband (supervising MD) and he had pulled the one I had written to read it. Unfortunately we didnt know they were missing until over 2 months from the time of the visit. What we did was in this instance due to the complexity of the patient the chart was forwarded and he wrote a seperate addendum. Thank you again for responding.
