I am a brand new user, trying to convince my staff that paperless is the way to go, I pulled a chart for a patient visit 2 weeks ago to check the lab result and there was no note to retrieve. I thought this was because I had exited before signing but now I am not so sure. are any of you still having missing notes? I am using version 4.0.60
