Also, I find Adobe to be much more cumbersome to use when "marking up" a document. And, Paperport is capable of putting documents in it's own folders. I don't think Adobe can do that. I do use Adobe Acrobat 8 to open the PDF files once they are in AC but I definitely like Paperport better for preparing the document prior to importation.
