Has anyone else had issues with getting support to respond to issues? We at one point had a liaison that was supposed to be helping us with support issues and getting us answers quicker but I have to assume our just doesn't work for AC anymore since I have not head from her in over 2 months. But we also haven't gotten another one. We finally got a response back from support on 9/25 about the issue my liaison created a ticket for on on 8/4. 7 and a half weeks for a response. And that was after I sent follow up emails on 8/27 and 9/10. I since have sent emails on 10/6 and 10/13 about an Identity Proofing Issue in trying to get our NP to send controlled substances (mind you we are paying for this service) and still have not heard back from anyone. I called and left a message this morning but seeing as how the last few months have been with responses, I am not feeling too hopeful. Becoming more and more disappointed with the AC Support by the day and questioning if this is worth the cost anymore. |  |  |

I was able to get a hold of Rebecca today, waited for 29 minutes on chat. She was able to fix a PHQ-9 issue. |  |  |

Yea my liaison has been MIA for almost 2 months now. Just created a ticket for another issue that I sent two emails about and never received a response to. It's getting ridiculous at this point. |  |  |
