Used to randomly inactivate meds but not delete them. I can't keep checking shout box so doing a thread so I will get notified when someone comments here. Bert Pediatrics Brewer, Maine

I have told front desk to copy the Rx for the chart.I also make a short statement at the end of the note stating what meds I placed the patient on. beagle Member Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 363 Likes: 6	Also on v 12.0.0 anytime you do something slightly non standard with clicks/ switching flow - like activating and inactive med then prescribing it, I get a hard crash maybe 50% of the time. Basic rx functions should be bulletproof and certainly not generate crashes. Anyone tracking these down AC? Larry Solo IM Midwest
