Way too big a problem to talking about it on Shout.

Can't send meds and half the time it DELETES the medication. Used to randomly inactivate meds but not delete them. I can't keep checking shout box so doing a thread so I will get notified when someone comments here.

Mark@AC said: NewCrop just informed us that there is an outage. They are investigating, but no ETA at this time.

Thank god for my TSP800 RX printer. Had to use it to print Rx's since Erx is down.

Also not working in Washington State. So much for getting up early to get caught up on paperwork and prescriptions . . .

I still have mine, but it isn't set up. I doubt I will try during the day. I am sure it will be fixed by this weekend.

Did you know that if you print Rx' s the meds do not appear in the meds list. A "pop-up"" does appear informing you about this. I have told front desk to copy the Rx for the chart.I also make a short statement at the end of the note stating what meds I placed the patient on. The copy of the Rx has dosage, instructions and amount.

We have been notified by Newcrop that a fix has been deployed and they are continuing to monitor. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact technical support.

Also on v 12.0.0 anytime you do something slightly non standard with clicks/ switching flow - like activating and inactive med then prescribing it, I get a hard crash maybe 50% of the time.

Basic rx functions should be bulletproof and certainly not generate crashes. Anyone tracking these down AC?

Since this has always been one of my pet peeves in AC and I have mentioned it at least 25 times, have you tried using the "inactivate" button instead of right clicking and selecing "inactivate?"
